Psalms 27:14 is becoming our verse: Wait for the LORD, Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the LORD. November has come and gone, December has come and gone, and now January is nearly gone, and we are still waiting here in the USA so we can go to PNG and serve. We were not looking for a job to do when we learned of a need at the Kudjip Nazarene MK school that we seemed to be equipped to fill. We prayed and asked God to close the doors if we were not supposed to go and serve there. But the doors did not close so we proceeded forward. In our American minds we assumed that meant we would go as soon as possible. NOT! The doors are not closed, but we can’t get through at this time. We continue to wait on paperwork. God has a reason that we are not there yet though we cannot see it or understand it. We have talked to a few other missionaries who shared that they too ran into delays. LOSINGERS ON MISSION HISTORY : Bob and Gayle Losinger have been married over 49 years. Bob retired from teaching elementary school, and Gayle is a retired nurse. They have two married sons and six grandchildren. The Losingers have served in their local church, short term work & witness missions, Samaritan's Purse disaster relief and SOWER ministry. This will be their first long term mission. CALL : Pastor Tim Fall at the Clare Church of the Nazarene asked the Losingers to attend a mission conference to represent their church. At the conference they heard Doctors Ben and Katherine Radcliffe speak. They shared about an urgent need for a teacher for the missionary kids at the Kudjip, Papua New Guinea Nazarene Hospital MK School. After praying about this need, Bob and Gayle applied and are in the process of getting visas to travel to PNG and serve.
